결혼 10년차 부부 최정환과 강유진. 계속되는 시험관 아기 실패로 유진은 지쳐있다. 그 사이 천재 의학박사 김삼신은 남성 임신 기술을 연구하여, 대중화 프로젝트를 시작한다. 정환은 유진의 성화에 못이겨 김삼신을 찾아갔다가 얼떨결에 코가 꿰이고 만다. 임신을 시키려는 여자와, 안 하려는 남자, 그리고 두 사람을 둘러싼 최씨 일가 구성원들의 상반된 반응. 과연 정환은 남성 임신을 하게될까?
This film is set in South Korea in the year 2030. Jeonghwan Choi and Yujin Kang have been married for ten years. Yujin is worn out after failing to conceive through IVF treatment. The genius medical doctor, Dr. Samsin Kim, has been researching male pregnancy technology, which is now available publicly. Yujin convinces Jeonghwan to visit Dr. Samsin Kim and he is sucked into the male pregnancy project.
